The uASIC product family introduces **AM1U1412**, joining the mass production lineup. **AM1U1412** bridges the digital and analog worlds, expanding the horizons of uASIC.
 
Compact in size at just 1.6×1.6×0.42mm, it comes in a 12-pin TQFN package, providing 10 customizing IO pins. It combines wide supply flexibility (1.71-5.5V) with ultra-low current.
 
The device can deliver up to 16 LUTs, alongside 8 D-flip-flops, 8 latches, and a 16-bit shift register for sequential design.
 
Timing resources include three 8-bit timers, one 16-bit timer, and programmable delay cell, giving designers precise control over event scheduling and signal alignment.

On the analog domain, the device features two highly configurable comparators, each capable of operating in Fast Speed / Low Power mode. For even greater energy efficiency, the comparators also support a Wake&Sleep mode. Reference voltages can be sourced from the internal reference or supplied externally, offering flexible control over switching thresholds.
 
The integrated voltage reference can be used to set comparator switching levels or provide voltage to external circuits.
 
A 100 µA current source further extends the chip's ability to interface with the analog world.
 
The configurable oscillator can operate at either 25kHz or 2MHz, with multiple prescaler stages for flexible frequency division. It can also receive clock pulses from external sources via IO pins, and designers can route two prescaled frequencies to internal macrocells or external circuits.
 
The oscillator supports both forced and auto power on modes. The auto power on mode enhances the uASIC's energy efficiency.
 
AM1U1412 supports robust execution, combining standard CRC checks at startup with the team's proprietary CRV method, a continuous monitoring system that ensures functional correctness throughout operation. Together, these mechanisms guarantee dependable performance throughout the chip's operation. Additionally, the chip can be reset on demand, providing an extra layer of operational safety.
